1. Extending FAR input options to allow "file-based data-uploading" as alternative to just interactive "Entry by Entry" forms.
2. Reducing FAR Data input requirements to minimum (e.g., Publications only?) and source the other data (e.g., teaching, grants) from other existing computer databases (e.g., Dr. Bongarten's Excel spreadsheets).
3. Extending the availability of the FAR database to all Faculty members so that they can have the sense of belonging/community and treat their efforts as a part of a team-work.
