The above form allows to Download or Upload the Excel file with the FAR data.  For security reasons the uploading is limited to 2,000 records .  To download the current data click on the above form on . To upload new/edited data first click the above form on , then select the Excel file you want to upload, and then click on the above form on .  You can download my data as a template, change it to your data and then upload it again.  This is just a demo experiment, which doesn't allow to have multiple individuals' data, but expanding it is fairly simple.

You can view the uploaded data on the form below, which allows for selecting different filters using "Combo Boxes".  The current display filter is for my year 2000 data, but is can be easily changed since the database contains data for all years since 1987.
